They really are an all round superfood!

I usually have these at the end of a meal for something sweet.

  • Potassium - A source of potassium which is important for maintaining fluid and electrolyte balance.
  • Magnesium  - A source of magnesium which supports bone mineralisation, normal muscle contraction and immune system function.
